IntelligentComms Signs Partnership Deal with Serco

IntelligentComms is delighted to announce its partnership with international service company Serco.  

IntelligentComms Limited, the UK-based leading provider of Telecoms Expense Management (TEM) solutions, is proud to announce the signing of a new partnership deal with the international service company, Serco.

Under the arrangement, Serco will deploy in the UK and in international markets in the future, the IntelligentComms TEM solution, Veropath, to enhance the management and reduction of cost of both Serco’s own telecom estate assets – covering fixed, mobile and WAN – and those of its customers.  Veropath provides a software analytics platform with associated telecoms consulting services, to enable the creation and maintenance of a detailed inventory of all telecom assets and usage.  This telecom inventory management solution enables Serco to verify billing, identify and eliminate wastage, optimise and rationalise services, allocate costs, and manage benchmarking and sourcing.  The results will deliver transparency and visibility of all telecoms assets, usage and cost to enable better governance and decision-making and to ultimately deliver significant savings to the business and to its many customers.  Initial results have identified savings of 37% on the estimated annual spend of parts of Serco’s own telecoms estate.
