Veropath recognised in Gartner 2018 Market Guide for Telecom Expense Management Services
Gartner recently released its latest TEM publication, “Market Guide for Telecom Expense Management Services, 2018” – a guide to help IT infrastructure and Operations leaders to evaluate the various TEM offerings in the global market, in order to find a cost-effective and efficient solution to I&O costs.
Veropath is proud to be included as one of 15 TEM vendors in the report; our recently rearchitected platform enables a wider spectrum of communications related IT and cloud-based assets to be captured and analysed. Plus, it is cloud-based (Microsoft Azure), unlike some competitors in the market.
As the amount of data increases and the numbers and types of assets grow, it is becoming ever more difficult for enterprises to control their telecom related IT costs. There are increases in areas such as video, cloud services, mobility and digitalisation. This, in turn, is making TEM projects increasingly popular; as the Gartner guide points out, “Enterprises seeking to better manage this complexity and its associated costs consider third-party TEM providers as the most cost-effective way to secure needed program management capabilities.” We feel Veropath meets the needs of enterprise users who would like to find a single provider to perform central management of most of their IT assets.
Indeed, Veropath’s scalable TEM platform can address these evolving areas – and more – with a variety of modules and services to help customers keep a track of their IT costs, including specific elements such as Personal Cost Management (PCM).
According to the Market Guide report, “The TEM market generates interest from large domestic, regional and multinational enterprises. Many enterprises struggle to rein in their telecom service spend, which globally represents 15% (over $514 billion year-end [YE] 2017) of global IT spend ($3,526 billion).”
You can find out more about how Veropath’s TEM solution can help your enterprise reduce costs and optimise your telecom related IT assets. We will be happy to demonstrate our “platform and its automation capabilities for scaling to services beyond traditional fixed and mobile TEM to meet requirements for reporting and inventory management detail.”
